Filling in the referral form will assist with how we can best support you. We can also do this over the phone or face to face.
Meet and Greet
This is a free service. We will come to you. We will further discuss how we can support you and when you would like to start.
Start Service
Sometimes, during your meet and greet, you get to meet your recommended support worker. Either way, we try to make you feel comfortable as possible.
